Kirill Makarov is a painter and multimedia artist whose practice synthesizes figurative painting with digital media, which ranges from computer graphics, augmented reality, and game-based environments to ultraviolet prints. He explores the dynamic relationships between humans, images, and machines, creating hybrid spaces in which traditional painting converges with digital representation and visual technologies.  

During his residency at Dom, Makarov will continue to develop new work informed by his ongoing inquiry into the intersections of painting and digital imagery, engaging both physical materials and expanded digital formats.
