An interdisciplinary creative with a background in Fine Arts, Divyaaunshi Purohit creates liminal spaces that blur the boundaries between substance and silence, and between the tangible and the imagined. In particular, she explores the intersection of relief sculpture and painting to play with notions of dimensionality.

Her practice seeks to develop conceptual structures through visual expression, creating works that encourage meaningful engagement. Alongside her studio practice, she is also an aspiring curator interested in exhibition-making as a space for dialogue between artists and audiences.

Through roles with institutions including Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation, Art Dubai, Sharjah Art Foundation, and Sikka Art & Design Festival, she has developed strong research, organizational, and collaborative skills.

Believing art to be a universal language, Purohit’s work seeks to reveal the intricacies of expression while continually expanding its possibilities.
