Monday, October 12 - Meet the Artists. Mixed Media & Experimentation
Workshop 1 — Textured Painting

Explore colour, texture and unexpected materials to create a vibrant, tactile artwork. Discover how painting can go beyond the flat surface and become something you can almost touch.
Workshop 2 — Here, Elsewhere: Landscapes of Memory
With Joumana Mortada · Artist
How can colours and textures remind us of places we love, remember or imagine? Inspired by Joumana’s artistic practice, children will create imaginative landscapes using acrylic paint, sand and delicate chiffon fabric, bringing personal memories and stories to life.
Tuesday, October 13 - Creative Explorations with Katya Makarova
Workshop 3 — Creative Art Lab
With Katya Makarova · Artist & Illustrator
The session will focus on monotype printing, a unique printmaking technique. Using this method, we will create our own one-of-a-kind landscape.

Workshop 5 — Starry Night in 3D

Step into the magical world of Vincent van Gogh! Discover the secrets of his expressive painting technique and explore impasto — the art of painting with thick, textured layers. Then create your own three-dimensional Starry Night using papier-mâché.
Workshop 6 — Create Your Own Comic!
Comic Art & Visual Storytelling
Discover comics as the art of telling stories through images! Invent characters, develop a story and bring it to life through illustrated panels, expressions and dialogue. Every child will create their own original comic.
