Kirill Makarov (b. 1988, Leningrad) is a painter and multimedia artist whose practice synthesizes figurative painting with digital media—including computer graphics, ultraviolet print, augmented reality, and game-based environments. He explores the dynamic relationships between humans, images, and machines, creating hybrid spaces where traditional painting converges with digital representation and visual technologies.  

During his residency at Dom, Makarov will continue to develop new work informed by his ongoing inquiry into the intersections of painting and digital visuality, engaging both physical materials and expanded digital formats.
